Valentine's Strawberries

My 5 year old and I whipped these up after school today.  I was in charge of the dipping and he was in charge of the sprinkles.   I'm not a huge fan of sweets, so they are not often at the top of my list of things to make!  I decided to make these at the last minute so that the boys would have a little something sweet for Valentine's Day!  Strawberries dipped in melted white chocolate and covered in pink sprinkles?   What's not to love!
