Valentine's Pancakes

I cannot take credit for these besides making them.....the heart pancake mold came from JoAnn Fabrics, the multi-grain blueberry pancake mix was a Target brand - but the effort came from the 5 year old and myself.  Thursday night is Brinner Night (Breakfast for Dinner) in our home and he loves to help! We made heart shaped pancakes in preparation for Valentine's Day, sprinkled on some powdered sugar, and added strawberries! Of course one boy loves bacon and the other sausage - so there was a little of each at the table tonight! We completed the meal with pink milk (aka milk with strawberry syrup)and I enjoyed seeing a big smile on each face!
