I know you're thinking, smoothies are easy, why is she putting this on her blog? Well, I wanted to share this one because it is an absolute favorite of my boys and requested on a daily basis. It's easy, healthy, and one to try.
Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie
Serves 2
1/2 cup crushed ice
1/2 cup blueberries
banana
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup spinach leaves (shh...they don't know about this part)
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on high until well combined.
