Champagne Limoncello Surprise

We have a long standing tradition with some friends to get together every weekend and try new cocktails!  Most recently, we decided to make a champagne cocktail using Limoncello (which is an Italian lemon liqueur), an orange liqueur, and some bubbly.  Our "surprise" was adding the orange liqueur - these certainly snuck up on us quickly!   This was a very refreshing cocktail as we enjoyed the beautiful, warm weather!

Ingredients:
Note:  The Controy is a version of Cointrau purchased in Mexico...

Champagne Limoncello Surprise
Makes 1 drink

1/2 part orange liqueur
1 part Limoncello
Dry Champagne

To a very cold glass, add orange liqueur and Limoncello.  Top with Champagne.  Enjoy!

You could certainly sugar the rims and garnish with a lemon peel - we weren't getting too fancy while drinking these, however!
