Hard "Baked" Easter Eggs

While discussing Easter preparations with my brother, he told me that he bakes his eggs in the oven rather than boiling them.  I had never heard of this, so of course, I had to test this out for myself. Turns out, he was right!

Leisure Cooking is my big bro's Facebook page - you should check it out, maybe even give him a "Like" :)  Thanks for the tip, Scott!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Place eggs in a muffin tin.  Once your oven is preheated, bake eggs for 30 minutes.  Prepare an ice bath just before removing the eggs.  Place the eggs in the ice bath for about 5 minutes to stop the cooking process.  Store in the refrigerator.
